01My system was installed by another company. Can you still help?
Yes. That's exactly what we do. You don't need to have bought anything from Ecobest.
02How much will the repair cost?
It depends on the fault and any parts needed, so we don't guess over the phone. After the inspection you get a written quote, and nothing is repaired until you approve it. Small fixes are often quoted the same day.
03Is there a travel or visit charge?
No, not inside city limits of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar. Outside city limits, we tell you the travel charge before we book. Never on the day.
04How soon can a technician come?
Usually within 24–48 hours in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and within 2–3 working days in Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar.
05Do I need to be at home?
Yes, or someone who can open the way to the roof, the inverter and the breaker board.
06Do you repair all inverter brands?
We support the major brands used in Pakistan. Send us the brand and model on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before we visit.
07It's an emergency: smoke, sparks or a burning smell.
Keep everyone away from the equipment and call us straight away on 0329 5472219. Don't touch the wiring.
08What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. You can WhatsApp us any time; we reply within 2 working hours.
09How do I pay?
After the visit, by cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
10Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Our workmanship is covered for 30 days after the repair, and replacement parts keep their manufacturer's warranty.
